Burak Bayram, Creative Station, Those Who Take Their Place, Career Talks, Voyager Buddies and 60eksi were all projects I was part of. On social media you need a niche to get started. That way you can move faster. I could list many more accounts on top of these, but above I listed the ones that actually got traction. Now I will try to bring them together in one place as much as I can.
The most important change I want to make is gathering all the podcasts in one place. Actively, Creative Station and Career Talks can be collected together. On top of that, I will try to test whether I can keep going alone with podcasts inside travel and technology. My goal will be unlimited production.
I also cannot stop wondering whether I should take this production forward as a video vlog. There are many things in my head, but I am not sure at all how I will keep up with which one. Especially after I started using artificial intelligence in many areas, the time spent on work went down a bit, but the work to be done increased just as much. I need to build myself a system that can keep this flow going. That is why I am thinking about whether I should turn this process into a vlog.
But right now what I want most is to gather many things I truly believe will stick in the same place. Because I get too split. When I produce content I want at most 1–2 things in my head. I do not want to see everything on social media and say “I can do that too” and become monkey-minded.
The bad side is, for example, I find something and start doing it. After 5–10 pieces of content, the moment I see the organic flow going really well, I get bored of it. Because I have already figured out the trick of the work and I turn toward something new that will challenge me. For example I know this trait of mine and I am trying to fix it. Continuity and discipline are very valuable at this point. I kept this going for a long time on 60eksi, but even then I could not turn the work I did into cash. I have that kind of problem on that side too.
Even if I keep the work going and bring it to a very good place, dealing with marketing might still feel hard. But now this came to my mind. Even while I am doing this, I am trying to do dozens of other things on the other side. A period where I focus on only one job usually does not happen. When I think about all this now, I realize I already have no energy left for marketing. I am human after all.
So in the light of all this the result is clear: if I can pull this off, the work I do can be long-term. Choose one field, limit what you do, and move forward with discipline.
In this post you saw me holding myself to account. What I wrote here actually applies to life in general.
So for now, take care. May God keep you safe.
