Assuming you’d ask “what’s Fiverr,” basically it’s a place where people market and sell whatever they can do. The differentiator — as the name suggests with “Five” — is that everything is sold or prepared for $5. Beyond that, you’re not selling gadgets, game DVDs or appliances here. What you sell are things made by your own hands and eyes — including voice-overs.

I found this site thanks to my friend Turan. He sent me an invite, I joined, and started exploring. As a new member, Fiverr gives you $5 automatically, plus another $5 for every friend you invite who joins. I quickly used my $5 to try out the site. Curious what I spent it on? I had this artistdraw me a portrait. The info said the artist might take up to 7 days. But he was fast — sent me the picture by the end of day 3. Thanks again, from here.
